Film Resolution & Turnaround
We offer the highest-resolution scans for 35mm film on our Fujifilm SP500 (5400 × 3600 px) and Noritsu HS1800 (6774 × 4492 px). For medium format, sizes vary depending on the aspect ratio.
If you have a scanner preference, just pop it in the notes — we’re happy to accommodate!
Turnaround times:
Colour film: Up to 4 business days (rolls dropped off after 2pm start processing the next business day).
Rush orders: Ready within 24 hours.
E6 / ECN-2 film: Normally 7–10 business days, as we take the time to carefully process, scan, and prepare your files and negatives.
Please note: We’re closed Sundays and Mondays.
Colour Film Services (C-41)
This option includes Colour Disposable Cameras and Ilford XP2 film. Standard Turnaround is up to 4 Business Days.

Slide (E6)/ENC2 Film Services (C-41)
Normally 7–10 business days, as we take the time to carefully process, scan, and prepare your files and negatives. (Right now, E6 / ECN-2 turnaround is a little longer — approximately 3 weeks. Thanks so much for your patience!)
